RecommendedWe were so disappointed that we had to cancel our spring break trip last week because of COVID19. We had no issues getting a full refund of our prepaid non refundable stay. We are excited to stay here when we can reschedule our trip!
Our experience at Legoland & The LEGO hotel was outstanding! Even though we visited during a rainy week and prior to the closure, every single staff member we encountered were super friendly and helpful. From wait staff, bell service, front desk and park attendants. Everyone did everything in their power to make our experience amazing. Even with the stress of this pandemic sweeping the country, Legoland and both hotels handled it like pros. I would highly recommend their services and stay. They definitely deserve A++.
They still remain open when there is a health advisory. Not family friendly. There’s not even anything on their website address the Covid-19 pandemic.
they've cut funding. the staff doesn't communicate very well about vtge activities going on through the hotel or park. we brought mini figures to trade. but all the staff mentioned the cut funding for the mini figure exchange. supposedly there's a person given Mr. gold and your supposed be on a treasure hunt for him. but also no staff had any ideas about who and where it might be. it was disappointing. we stayed at the castle which was pretty epic. except our treasurer hunt for the prize in our room was a Lego magazine which... read more
