Purchased tickets back in February for our August trip and have emailed several times for a refund and was told I could not get a refund. They would only extend the expiration date to 12-31-20. I will not be back to California before December to use them even if they did open back up. Very bad business practices especially considering the circumstances. All the other businesses I have contacted were happy to give refunds. Would not give another dime to this business!!

The park isn’t open and you aren’t allowing people to cancel hotel reservations and get their money back during a pandemic? Wow, how awful for a kid friendly place. You are basically forcing kids with compromised immune systems to come to the hotel or their parents face losing a bunch of money? Yikes, not a good look Legoland.

Went to Legoland last year for spring break kids loved it. BUT we will not be supporting this park anymore due to not being able to cancel due to covid19 and being forced to pick another date but now due to husband’s Military orders we will not be able to go on the new dates and they still won’t let us cancel or give a refund. I have filed a complaint with the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.

I have made reservations in feb for the end of June. Have emailed them and talk to someone on fb about contacting them. They refuses to give me a refund. Because I did not add the cancelation. You are closed. That’s not our fault! Saying that your hotel will maybe open June 26. But parks maybe MAYBE get approval to open july 1. Does that make sense?? To be maybe be able to go into your hotel but not go to any of the parks?? What’s the point? Isn’t the whole point of going to legoland is to go to the parks not be stuck in a h... read more

My stay was cancelled due to covid-19 which I understand. The park closed and it was mot my cancellation. I was told I would get a full refund and have an invoice stating so. Then I get a marketing email with offers saying I have to jump through hoops to get my refund. I follow the instructions and 11 weeks still no refund and no one will respond to my emails. I am a single mom and with the current disaster that $1300 is creating a hardship.

We were booked for spring break however the park closed due to COVID-19. That’s ok. Understandable. We couldn’t get through to the hotel because of high call volume but they were nice enough to call us and offer us a refund saying we should have it within 30 days. This was on March 13. We waited well over 30 days and still no refund. Ok. No problem. This was very unexpected for all of us. I can be understanding. We called again on May the 4th. The rep told us she would call us back. She never called back, but I did get a can... read more

Lego Land give me my refund that is my hard earn money that I saved for a long time just to take my kids there. Ignoring people who have question about there money is so irresponsible and flat out disrespectful. I'm so disappointed in you! I should not have to go to great lengths to get my refund.

Refused to refund my money after closing the park due to CV19. Horribly unethical business! Check out their page. They are reaping money from people who lost their jobs from CV19. People are out hundreds of dollars to feed their family, pay for power, etc. Shame on you Legoland!
