RecommendedEven though the rides are closed due to COVID, it was a fun time for the kids. The staff is always super helpful and friendly. It’s our third time there and definitely going back.
Halloween Themed and the restaurants were open!
We bought tickets on line spent lots of $ at park and store. Only to have exit gate employees at 12:15 today question us like criminals because I asked for my grandkids “goodie bags” (2) that were advertised as gifts to kids given upon exit...we wont be returning. Questioned by male and older female if we bought tickets or were we just using the store? 😡 all that for bag of candy and $3.99 Lego figure! Ruined our visit... They were rude to say the least.

Although it is a bit expensive, I guess when you compare it with some other big parks the price might make sense to you, there is also an expensive parking fee and there are no alternatives as far as I know, which to me is quite strange after paying the hefty entrance fee, but I am not considering that a downside and it will not affect my rating because as per my understanding that is the norm in the U.S. I guess, not where I come from thought. Kid friendly and safely organized for social distancing, during these times.
Had lots of fun at the time when nowhere to go for Halloween. Costumes, LEGO toys, candy, and activities. Thank you for the good time!

I have been trying to contact LEGOLAND for months regarding a refund. Occasionally I will receive an email offering a credit voucher . I have rescheduled my vacation once but as COVID keeps rearing it’s ugly head I am uncomfortable attending an amusement park or public hotel at this time....aside from the FACT that the park has been closed since March.
