Dr. White did my initial intake today. I have a very bad gag reflex and need to get dentures. He worked with me on trying to get molds set up. Due to my gag reflex, he worked with me on cutting the molds so they would be less likely to set it off. We were unable to get the molds set today, but have a plan for next time. I was very impressed with his bedside manner. I will definitely come back. The whole staff that I interacted with today were very friendly.
Very happy with the procedure. Having the crown done all in one appointment was wonderful.
From the time I checked in to the end of the appointment, everything was great. I was a first time patient of Gentle Dental. I switched dentists to this practice so I was a bit nervous going in. But...I didn't have anything to worry about. I liked being able to check in with the computer system and not have to fill out a bunch of paperwork. Also, Liz my dental hygienist/assistant was great. Professional, courteous, helpful and upfront with costs and what needed to be done. They saw me for an emergency broken tooth in 2 hours! The entire staff was very friendly and I would highly recommend them.
