We both had a great dental cleaning today. Our tech was excellent.
My entire experience from the first time I called to the time I left was excellent. Kimberly at the front desk was very sweet, welcoming and helpful. Mary was assisting Dr. White with my initial exam and she was wonderful too. I have high anxiety and always go into any appointment terrified. She could see that and her bedside manner was so caring and kind. She even brought me hot tea to help calm me down since they had somewhat bad news for me. they are very professional, polite, and to the point and they know what they are doing! they get to know you right away so there are no surprises later very helpful and I love the way they remind you of your appointment and how they strive to make their customers the happiest they can be!
The dentist and dentist assistance were very nice and helpful, very impressed with the custom service and how helpful and understanding they are to everyone's situation. Just not a fan of the front desk, got some attitude problems.
My cleaning experience was great! I also received helpful advice for caring for my teeth. The repair of a filling by Dr. White was painless and very quick. The ladies at the front were very friendly and helpful.

I guess I wont be able to say I hate going to dentist any longer - Dr. White and his whole team were awesome, they go to great lengths to make sure your time in their care is comfortable and pain free. I had a 12 year old crown crack and went in to have it replaced, took about 1.5 hours and I left with a new crown put in - they make them right there in their office with this CEREC machine vs. sending out to have the crown made elsewhere which saves you considerable time.
