My first experience with the staff at general dental was really great. Everyone was friendly and informative. I was told what was to happen before each procedure. My insurance was checked out for me and virtually effortless for me. Dr.White was very busy but took the time to answer my questions and was extremely pleasant. Great experience! Sweet & friendly dental assistant from Alaska! She had dark hair & a beautiful smile, & a unique name. Dr. White was very kind & professional. He took his time to get a front crown back on in order to be able to keep it for a while before replacing it. Told me what was wrong & asked me about making a follow up appointment! I did! Great office! They staff are knowledgeable, kind, patient, and professional. They are also trustworthy, which is a top value for me when choosing a dentist. We are very pleased with Dr. White and his staff and I'm sure you will be as well!
We have been using Dr. White since he started his practice in Soldotna. He is a down to earth type person. He is very good at giving shots in a slow manner, letting the anesthetic work as he advances the needle so that you can hardly feel it. He seems to take pride in doing good work, and has rejected crowns he didn't feel were perfect. We highly recommend him.
