I came in under emergency circumstances. I was able to be seen the same day I called and I was a brand new patient. The receptionist was peasant and helpful. The dental assistant asked questions and listened to my complaints. She made an effort to inform me without diagnosing me. She validated my discomfort and pain. The dentist was quick and thorough. He took the time to be sure I understood the upcoming and my diagnosis. I liked having the opportunity to see my 3D X-rays and ask questions.
Everyone you come in contact with after walking through the door is extremely friendly and helpful. All the hygienists are great at their jobs and explain everything fully before beginning. Sarah was great and fun to talk with. And Dr. White was quick and professional. Highly recommend Gentle Dental to everyone!
This was my first experience with Gentle Dental. From the first phone call to being treated for a crown, I was very impressed & highly satisfied with everything. Jodie was amazing. She made me feel comfortable and explained everything to me as this was the first time I'd ever had a crown completely done from start to finish! Watching the creation of my crown was cool! Getting a filling has never been an enjoyable experience, however Gental Dental can actually make it a very painless. I felt they took great care in making sure my procedure was done perfectly, and my overall excellent was a comfortable one. I highly recommend Gental Dental to anyone looking for a professional, yet carefree dental experience.

Very nice atmosphere, friendly, I was made to feel at ease right from the get-go. The exam was brisk, professional and addressed my concerns well. Things were explained to me very clearly. One of the most "painless" dental appointments I've had on several levels.
I have been extremely happy with the service I have received from Gentle Dental. The office is bright and cheerful, everyone I have dealt with has been professional and polite and have made feel very comfortable. I speak very highly of your office to others.
Dr White, Sara, Jenny... just to name a few, are always friendly and do an awesome job at marking you comfortable while having your teeth worked on. Dr White is always adding something to make the process easier and more efficient. Even my kids love going to the dentest, that's saying a lot!
