We just bought a 2020 Sportage from this outfit. Today someone called to schedule our “appearance “ package install. Takes two days. I explained I neither purchased or want an appearance package. She said I did buy it. No one, not our salesman Darrell or the finance guy , Billy, mentioned the addition of the appearance package at $1795.00. They just shoved papers quickly for us to sign. Friendly and knowledgeable.
basic oil change should not take 3 hrs and you arrive at 8am...so no enough staff to ensure customer aren't waiting this long for something so basic.
They are awesome!!! Helped my sister out! Kaitlyn went above and beyond! Don’t waste your time going to World Car Kia of NB!!! Awful customer service!!! We got the exact car we wanted because KIA NORTH went to get the car in New Braunfels!!!!

Excellent overall purchase experience of a used 2017 Kia Optima LX on October 27, 2018. Our sales associate Darrel Loving was very informed, polite, and professional. He was not pushy at all which was refreshing. In addition, the Sales Manager (Giovanni) and Finance Manager were friendly, honest, and up front.
