Customer service was poor. Sales associate needs to know his business and be more professional. Price is okay and I did get the vehicle, but the customer service didn't do it.
The worst customer service EVER! Went there May 20, 2020 to buy a optima. The salesman and manger didn't want to honor the online price or window sticker price! kia was adding $1900 "appearance pkg". We would have paid the amount IF items described in pkg was done to the car, but it wasn't. Sales agent called asking if we want the "last deal" my husband says remove that $1900 fee and you have a deal. sales agent called back saying okay Fee will be removed and we'll give you military discount! I had a great shopping experience with salesman Reginald Collins. I was able to meet Reginald twice this week and he provided superb customer service. My experience car shopping was magnificent with Reggie. I never once felt pressured or hostage at Kia.
