Do not purchase here.... my son was sold a warranty interior upgrade that cost him $1500. They do not honor the warranty especially since there is only 1 person who takes care of this and she never returns calls and she is apparently never there. Save your money. They are not an honorable dealership. This is my sons first car. He works 2 jobs to pay for this as well as being a full time college student. I feel so bad taking him there !!!

I had my engine replaced due to an engine recall in 2016. Fast forward 4 years later the bracket holding my alternator snapped off. I got a mechanic to look at it and noticed metal to metal contact in the bottom of the bracket along with the bottom of the alternator. There was no screw in the bottom bolt hole of the alternator. Then when replacing the bracket, he had to remove the AC compressor and also noticed two screws missing in the bottom two bolt holes of the AC compressor. Purchased a Nissan Maxima from Kia North. All was well except the fact that 15 days after we purchased the vehicle the front brakes are grinding. Salesman assured us that all vehicles are run through service and thoroughly comed over. Seems like ours was just washed and sold. I reached out to sales manager Gio with no response as I expected. Gio also claimed to get our AC looked at before we purchased but that was also not right and not working properly....

I took my car to another automotive mechanic and they told me that my car needed a new fan blower motor and resistor and the quoted me $1275.00. I brought my car to world car Kia and the quoted me $765.00. When they checked the car based on what the other mechanic had said what the issue was and it turns out it was just the relay. Kia saved me so much money!

Biggest regret of my life was getting a car from World Car Kia. I barley got my first car September 2nd, brand new. Their customer service is the worst I’ve ever seen and went through. I the first time I needed a oil change and they messed up on that, not even two months later the motor on my door broke so my window shouldn’t roll down and they fix that then said they checked everything and everything was working.
