While the service people were great to deal with, I had to leave with unresolved issues.
I take my KIA to the service department all the time. I trust them because they have always look for all of my needs. I never have any problems with my Optima thanks to Legend KIA. I read some other reviews and they might have a different experience, but most of the time you will hear a bad review. The staff is awesome. Never have a problem going there to get service done. Love love love our 2016 Kia Soul.
They are inconsistent some days you get good service someday they act like beginners.
