I will not be recommending a dealership that does not follow through with their promises. You promised to replace a broken windshield and I followed up by making the appointment today at 1pm. I still have a broken windshield because you don't hire dependable people. So excuse me if I pass along my disappointment onto the public media. I been to this place since 2006 and was a amazing place in that time but unfortunately over the years that bring my car for services or parts that it even do not deserved a one star.

They do not have your best interest in mind. They are only concerned on how quickly they can be paid and have done underhanded fraudulent tactics to get you a loan through their in house dept. We went in with a pre-approval, and said Kia could run our credit to see if they could give us a better rate. We walked out with a loan for a car that was not our pre-approval nor Kia's. They used their system to get us a second loan with the same bank and same loan terms as our pre-approval so we didn't know anything was different unt... read more
