Was told the wait in service would be 2 hours. After 3 hours my car still wasn’t in the shop area.

Really horrible experience. False add brought me in and falsehoods have me posting this warning. But it worked out great in the end. The next day found a better deal and drove off the lot in a new used Dodge a very happy Roger Beasley customer. Ask for Bo!
Hour and a have for an oil change, when I questioned them they offered a free wash, then found a part that had to be replaced, on them, but I needed $60 worth of filters. A little over 2.5 hours. And no car wash....😩
Save your money and yourself a headache. Settle in because this is a long one... My mom brought her car to be serviced and they had it for two weeks and the service we received was beyond terrible. My mom had to call for updates as no one would call her. She'd call and the service advisor was unavailable all but three times. They kept telling her to call back later. Worst experience ever ! Call about a car , lady from dealership said (online manager), YES we have it ! Got there and , then they realized the car wasn’t there “manager took it for the weekend” and I asked the lady during the call 3 times if the car was at the lot !!!! To go and get it ... before making my 30 min trip .
I brought my car in for my “free” inspection today and to pass I had to buy new windshield wipers at $20 each. Meanwhile, I was here 2 weeks ago today for my oil change and was not told during that inspection there was anything wrong with them. It seems to me they found a way for me to pay for my free inspection.
