Truth be told I never imagined I’d own a KIA, our experience at World Car Kia North changed my view. Our salesman Mark was so knowledgeable about the vehicle and even gave us a little history on Kia. We went to test drive a Telluride and are now the proud owners of a 2021 Kia Telluride! I may never go back to owning a Chevy or GMC, KIA’s warranty is more than anyone else offers and for good reason. I definitely recommend WC Kia North! Ask for Mark🏼

DO NOT TRUST THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!! I have proof!!!!! Wow!! Thee worst service department I have ever been to. Had a recall fixed on my seized engine... finally got my car back and it has black smoke coming from the exhaust and other issues. I addressed it with the service manager, Matt, and he informed me that nothing was wrong. Without even looking at the car. Stop adding "packages" that contain leather protection, paint protection and tint without adding it to the sticker and without adding it to the website. That is called false advertising. I drove from Boerne to see a gt2 stinger and was extremely disappointed to be treated this way. You and I know the added package is a complete crap fluff addon scam. I have a copy of the sticker which does not have the package added and it's not on your website. You lost a sale over a "package" that the sales manager refused to remove. Very ... read more

Friendly timely did not need tires rotated so only charged for oil change had two recall updates I did not know about they took the time to inform me and do the the maintenance.
