Terrible experience and an absolute shambles. Appointed as executor to my parents will who then instructed a local solicitor to arrange probate and draw down the funds but they failed to monitor the solicitors who totally dropped the ball and have failed to draw down the funds almost a year after probate. As beneficiary to the will I have had to constantly chase and complain but they fail to return my calls, even when I indicated I wanted to lodge an official complaint.
