The purchase and communication with the company has been very efficient . The actual call I had to set up the will was uncomfortable and I felt unease and insulted at one point. I got the very pushy and hard sell for a peer of attorney . He explained it in a patronising tone . When I learned the cost of this and affirmed I needed more time to research this and I would add this at a later date if I felt necessary , he got very accusatory. Going on the good reviews, it would seem they're excellent at selling you a will. Sadly their customer service after that point is rather lacking. Try getting a will out of them for a deceased family member. Website states ten working days, as did the confirmation email. Now a month later, we still have no will and zero response to follow up emails. No inbound phone number for their bereavement department either. Everything on hold and being held up by them.
