I bought my car back in October from Legacy Nissan, which was a great first time car buying experience! Over the weekend a warning/ service light came on so I brought it to Legacy today to have them look at it.. Once again, I experienced fantastic customer service!!! I just wanted to share..this I should've done a very long time ago, we paid cash for a new 2010 Altima and was told to fill out credit app just so they would be covered if we took the car home that day...said it wouldn't be ran through it would last on their desk till Monday. We bought a 2015 Altima last night. We had great service. The staff went above and beyond. Our salesman ( Logan North ) was just great and our financial service man (Austin Hyde ) was so helpful.
