I’m sorry you were inconvenienced by driving to our lot to be told the vehicle had sold. I understand you turned down our offer to reimburse your fuel costs, but if you change your mind, we’ll happily honor that. A few things are unsettling about your review. First, your paperwork had to be printed prior to the delivered test drive because we aren’t equipped with portable printers (I don’t think we’re unusual in this respect). Went last night looking at an Altima and a Sentra. Ended up picking the Altima and Dylan Rose(salesman), Bobby Ayers(sales manager) and Bryan Roberts(finance manager) went above and beyond to make sure we were happy not only with the car but our experience. They stayed with us until after 9 to get the deal done when I'm sure they would have liked to go home. Thanks to the entire Legacy Nissan staff. I gave 5 stars because 6 wasn't an option!!!!!!!

Very disappointed customer, 65000 miles and transmission out! I told you people a month after I purchased the vehicle that something was popping. By the way I bought it new 2012 Sentra. You put struts on it. Still popping. You say it's antilock brakes. I live with it. Now transmission is shot. Thanks for the not so freaking great service. Oh yeah oil leak, sunroof issue and battery not charging only a few more issues with this awesome new ride. I have my oil changed somewhere besides Nissan a few times and I void my warranty... read more
