RecommendedI was exposed to COVID and was able to get an appointment within 2.5 hours. I showed up was checked in, filled out my paperwork and was out the door with my (negative) results in 30 minutes. My daughter had previously gotten a COVID test at CareNow and we waited 40 minutes after the appointment time, waited an additional 2 hours after being sent to a room and didn’t get the results for an entire week. Would STRONGLY recommend Legacy ER. They do it right.
RecommendedI was very impressed with the professionalism of the staff. I went in to get a COVID test and I was treated like any other patient. No one made a big deal about why I was there. after my test, I was taken to a treatment room. The doctor came to check me out. We talked for a bit about my symptoms and pretty much in 20 minutes I had my COVID results, which we thankfully negative. RecommendedWe dealt with several nurses, lab techs and a doctor and all were not only professional, but some of the nicest and most caring people I have ever had the privilege to meet. They treated both my 93 year old father-in-law and myself with the utmost respect and kindness. I highly recommend this location to anyone.
