Jan 21 2016.I have lived here for 3 years, more than most of my neighbors and have never had a problem with my neighbors. I have a hearing problem so most of the time I wear headphones for my TV but when I watch a movie with my DVD player I can't use my headphones, NEVER have I had it up loud pass a certain time. I try to be considerate. Someone actually called the police on me. It was only 8:15pm at night. I try and make sure the movies I watch are over by 9. Be careful of all the extras at move out especially if you need to move before your lease is up. 60 days notice plus a settlement if you cancel the lease early. Pool is cold and not heated all the time. Hot tub is not hot . Pool isn't kept clean.
Absolutely love legacy! I have lived at other apartments and this community just doesn't compare! The staff is very nice and understanding. The maintenance pertains to issues very quickly! The community is very quiet and beautiful! I have an apartment with a view which is amazing! And all the amenities are exceptional! You can't beat the price!
