If I could give zero stars I would. The gate hit my car and they refuse to fix it. $1,000 repair and they won’t do anything to fix my it. They state it’s not there responsibility even though they’ve had all of the gates open ever since. I feel like that’s because they know it malfunctions. When I moved in over a year ago it was a nice place to be. The people were friendly and the grounds were always kept up. Now they have a new owner and it’s gone down the drain. No one picks up the dog poop. Trash is constantly left around ... read more

Absolutely love legacy! I have lived at other apartments and this community just doesn't compare! The staff is very nice and understanding. The maintenance pertains to issues very quickly! The community is very quiet and beautiful! I have an apartment with a view which is amazing! And all the amenities are exceptional! You can't beat the price!
