If I could give zero stars I would. The gate hit my car and they refuse to fix it. $1,000 repair and they won’t do anything to fix my it. They state it’s not there responsibility even though they’ve had all of the gates open ever since. I feel like that’s because they know it malfunctions. When I moved in over a year ago it was a nice place to be. The people were friendly and the grounds were always kept up. Now they have a new owner and it’s gone down the drain.
