I've been dealing with Leete for 2 of my apartments for almost 10 years, and the only thing they've managed to do is consistently raise the service charges while neglecting to carry out basic services. Lifts failing for months, garage door failing 2-3 times a year, fire alarms going off every Tuesday morning. Beyond awful. We own our flats that Leete allegedly manage and since they have taken over in the past few years they have refused to maintain the building to any kind of decent standard and it is now in a dire state of repair. We currently have falling masonry onto a public pavement, severe water ingress and substandard fire doors just to name a few of our on going issues.
