How about getting some mechanics that know what they are talking about? You gave us a quote for $2500 to fix an ac, I took it to another Toyota dealership who quoted us less than half. You told us we needed parts that were not actually needed to replace.
I brought my car in for a recall notice. They said it would take 1 to 2 hours. Well, after 3 hours, they emailed me asking to buy my car from me, unsolicited of course. After 4 hours, I called about my car and was put on hold for ten minutes before they finally said, "Oh, it's done." Then, on my way to pick up the car, I received an email saying my car was done. They really wasted my time, didn't seem to care that they did, and were trying to buy my car.

They are lack of attention, they looks like they know what are they doing but they don't. These day a dealer is hard to be trust. No wonder if this place have a huge employee turnover. They asked me if I want to wash my car and they missed that twice. don't bother to give me an offer if you can't maintain what ur promises to ur customer. they also forgot to put back my wheel cover twice and I have to comeback another time. Very disappointed with untrusted people!
