worse car dealership i have ever dealt with. everytime a new issue. service is rude, cant cannot get the make of my car correct, service plan incorrect in system, and they charged me for prepaid services then refunded me only partial money!!! every-time is a nightmare!!! stay away from here!
RecommendedBoth sales and service are the best. Not only do they beat larger dealer's prices, but the sales people are great to work with. I'll go back to Bryant again for my next Toyota. I've always been pleased with the Service Dept. as well. They really look out for safety, and they give me confidence that they a real pros at what they do. I went there to get my oil change done and some recall work. I decided to wait for it and it really did not seem that long at all. The waiting room is large and comfortable and my service advisor kept me post on the progress and when my truck would be ready.
Scott MacLeod, service mgr, was fantastic. Tori(?) was great at getting my car in for service quickly. Price was exactly as Scott quoted and my car was actually done quicker than expected. Bravo!!!
Had a frustrating experience to purchase a used vehicle. Usually people complain because used car sales are relentless and call constantly. I have to say I had the exact opposite situation. I was interested in a car and did not receive one phone call, I had to keep calling for status. The process took about 3 weeks from when the car was posted on the website to when we purchased it. Had the best dealership service experience ever! The service rep, Bryan, was polite, cheerful (even at 6:30am) helpful, and answered all my questions.
