To be fair my experience was mixed. I felt Nazir was a good salesman, not pushy. Jake in finance had great follow up and Scott in service was very helpful with some questions that I had. Bill however nearly killed the deal and made me want to walk out. Everything was going smoothly and had he stayed out of it, I would give them a 5star review. I have dealt with this dealer since 1994 when it was Leesburg Toyota. They are almost always on time and perfect with maint & repairs. I mean about 3 exceptions in 25 years, including non-scheduled emergency repairs. No suspicious add-on repairs.
Patrice is awesome. He reassured us, gave us a good price, and made our car purchase as painless as possible!
