I would not have purchased this vehicle had it not been for Kevin Foley so thank you. Kevin was patient and supportive and clearly is grounded in customer best interest which is rare in the used car market. Overall the experience was great.. Baika was patient and gentle and and all of the staff pleasant to work with. The only thing I would recommend is to provide all warranty options up front with the car and not at the payment table. Thanks again. Glad I found you.

A Virginia State Safety Inspection took over an hour even though I had made an appointment. My RAV-4 has only a little over 3,000 miles.

Honestly the worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. They made a hard inquiry on my credit (which made my credit score go down 38 points!) to finance a specific van and got me approved then sold the van while I was waiting on details of the loan. They sold it last night, I was told at 4:37 they would call me back in 10 minutes and after 5:45 I sent an email follow up. That email got 3 emails asking me to come in 7:31, 7:32 & 9:26 the following day. They then called in the am and I asked again for the loan details a... read more

I haven’t used the service department yet but I bought my used Rav 4 on July 1st and Kevin Foley was great. He was down to earth and trustworthy. I highly recommend him if you are looking to buy.

We purchased an extended warranty for our Prius and have our service handled at Auto Nation. I always feel like the service department is just trying to make extra $$ every time I take the car in. This time it was a state inspection (even though it’s not due until next month). Foolishly believing that the inspection was covered under the warranty, and not completely understanding the service tech that left a message, I agreed to have the inspection handled. I went in for routine service on my 2013 Prius, saw the notices about getting a free evaluation on my car, and ended up walking out with both a 2018 Prius and a newly leased RAV4 Limited for my wife! I think that sums up how well I got treated!
