I had a very good experience with total transparency here, should mention that the sales guy Saleh Mohd and manager Steve were very humble and understanding towards our needs & requirements which gave us a good experience
I have brought my Toyota Highlander there since 2005. Their service and attention to detail is like no other. I was treated so well by Brian and Admir and their communication about the issues with the car were direct and to the point. I will bring my car there again and buy a new one when it is time. Buyer beware. Not all dealerships are the same. Done with Toyota after dealing with these incompetent fools. If you love Toyota, read these reviews before you end up with a FORD. Go elsewhere. I have never in all my car buying experience with Toyota dealt with such crazy foolishness. They held 1000 dollars of my money for half a month to just name one thing. Baby I got a plan, run away as fast as you can!!!
Leesburg’s AutoNation Toyota is always friendly, efficient and caring. Peter was especially nice. Maintenance and oil change were completed in less than an hour as promised. We’ve bought all three of our Toyota Avalons there over time.

I recently purchased a 2017 Nissan Pathfinder from AutoNation Toyota Leesburg. Richard Shultz was my sales associate and he was awesome. After a test drive, the deal was sealed. Then came the bad part. I had to wait for over an hour and a half to meet with Mo. I was making a cash purchase and just needed the number so I could return with a Cashier's check. Took my wife’s 2007 Corolla in for a checkup and new tires. Lady at intake desk was very pleasant and helpful in finding us the least costly tires available. My wife doesn’t drive the car much and we didn’t need anything expensive. Had normal 30K service and a few miscellaneous jobs done. Work was done on time and met our needs. This is the second car I have had serviced here and the shop has completely satisfied us each time.
