Place is awesome. Got a great deal. Everyone was pleasant. Even the finance guy was cool and big discount on aftermarket stuff.

The best experience I've ever had with a dealership. I got a used car lead from USAA and was called within an hour from Jorge Gonzales. He is the kindest, most fun salesman I've ever met. David from Finance was also great to work with. Seriously, the whole sale took less than 4 hours and it was a very happy four hours! Jorge even helped me get my rental back to the rental place so I could leave with my new car. I can't say enough about the attentiveness and friendliness of all the people there. It was a wonderful experience!

we are long time Toyota customers, bought 5 so far at different dealers including our 2 last ones in Leesburg Virginia location. our recent salesman, Mr. Hugo Landivar, a very nice, helpful man helped us buy our first ever Toyota Highlander on February 18th 2017. he helped us choose the car we liked and negotiate the purchase price.We loved his attitude and patience during the long process. I would recommend him to any one i know who is looking to buy a new Toyota vehicle.
Amazing service from Marlene and Mohamed. Super pleased with the purchase and they were totally customer service oriented. Not a typical "all day" event at a dealership which is a huge plus�! I was there today for FIVE hours. A recall that took 3-4 hours supposedly to fix, and then an annual state safety inspection. The car passed the inspection, and I paid for it. I left the dealership and then noticed that the inspector failed to replace the windshield sticker with a new one. Not good. � I returned to the Service Advisor and got barely an apology. Purchase and settlement agreements were a lot easier than I thought . Richard never pushed me into something I didn't want to do and I respect him for that. I don't know much about the purchase of cars and I like the fact that he didn't try to take advantage of that. If you want a car make sure Richards your first go to with this location. The 2017 Toyota Camry did not disappoint.
