Lots of promises, no follow through. The lies start with the Sales Reps, are perpetuated by the finance team, and reinforced by the maintenance team. There are a lot of great Toyota dealerships, don't waste your time with this one.
I was looking for a car not much to put down not the best credit.I went to several dealerships and then I found Jorge Gonzalez at AutoNation, after reading the other reviews I don't know if I'm thrilled with Jorge or the car dealership but my sale was wonderful. We have not owned our new car for a full week, but so far we are very happy! We believe we were given a good deal. All of the employees were quite nice to work with especially Mohammad Salek, Dave, and Brian Lam.
I think the Saleman Pyer and the Finance manger Paul gave impeccable service. Thank you!
We recently purchased Prius from this place. Staff are very friendly and helpful!
Stopped by about an hour ago to specifically look at 3 cars they had in stock. 10 min - not a soul greeted us. Not the way to win customers...

I have bought a couple cars from the dealership. I have been VERY PLEASED with the salesman & service department. The one time I was not happy with something they gave me a very generous DISCOUNT on the service & also gave me a free oil change when a recall service took longer than I was told. They are ALWAYS WILLING to work with you. I also APPRECIATED the sakesman NOT BEING PUSHY!!! That is why I have returned to them when u needed cars!
