Bought our new Highlander here from Pyer who was most gracious and professional. Manager Tim Chekan beat a deal we had in Baltimore so we drove 75 miles to buy at AutoNation in Leesburg. Great dealership and easy process! They made everything extremely easy. I'd do business here again anytime.
Dont buy cars here no compren carros their insurances like tire cover are a rip off

Never buy a car from here. New or used. Period. Purchased a car from here on a Friday and found a better deal elsewhere so I brought it back on Sunday. The salesman was nice and was saying everything he needed to say to dissuade me from returning it but his manager Matt was very rude to me. Would not explain why they would not take it back and walked away without really addressing my situation. All he said was the bank owns your car now. Who actually does business like that and can sleep at night?!?

I had a great experience at Auto Nation with both the salesman as well as the financial manager. Everything ran smoothly,briskly and none was pushy or obnoxious. It was a much better experience than I had at the previous dealership at Koons Tysons Toyota. If you know what you want, and want to be in and out with a new car ,a good deal...go for Auto Nation Toyota.
Don't try and get service on the weekends. They aren't staffed appropriately for the amount of customers they have. They messed up my Virginia state inspection which cost me another trip to there where they were initially unable to help me. Eventually, after two phone calls to their manager, someone called me back to say that they figured it out and they just needed to email me something.

Dont ever come here !!!! They will make you wait for hrs and not even fit your car, on top of that they dont even have a van that will take you anywhere. That worst car dealership ever? 3 hrs here and dont have a new key for my car and thats with a appointment.

Just purchased a 4Runner here. Worked with all dealerships in the region getting the best price and bought here. Price wise this came down to less than $100 between AUTONATION and next best offer but little things made the difference. Pyer, you are the man!!! Thank you for taking good care of me.

My fiance and I first went to dulles motorcars in leesburg va we both had the worst experience but when we drove to Auto Nation Toyota in leesburg va let just say they have the best greetings and you feel welcomed. All the sales man was extremely friendly .
