This practice is by far the best GP I have ever seen, doctors are responsive and keen to help, practice management team are wonderful, very kind and always there to help.

The receptionist was more than just rude, she was outright hostile. From the moment we walked in, she spoke to us in a sharp, condescending tone, making it clear that she had no interest in helping us. Her demeanor was cold and unwelcoming, and at times, it felt like she was on the verge of losing her temper. My sister and I felt incredibly uncomfortable and even unsafe.
