Went in to ask about carpets and when they could do it. The man was rude. He was on the phone and when he put the phone down. He palmed me off and told me he was busy.
Can't recommend them enough. Andrew and his two directly employed carpet fitters were easy to organize and did an amazing job. Very kind, curious and excellent attention to detail. They initially investigated & sorted out a loud squeak in my upstairs floor boards, then got them back to fit some Wool Mississippi Remnant to my hallway cupboards. Left them the key for the day, and they posted back through the letter box.

Used Lees Carpets to supply a large made-to-measure rug. Excellent quality and price and customer service second to none! Andrew went the extra mile (literally) to make sure I had the rug in time for Christmas. Highly recommended, will use again
