Shout out to Kevin of Leek Cycle Solutions. 2 Aussies walked in off the street with our e MTBs and straight away this man dropped what he was doing to attend to our niggles on the bikes. Kevin could not have been more helpful this man is a legend who clearly has wonderful knowledge and runs a fantastic bike shop - best in the district we’d have to say. Thankyou Leek Cycles
We’ve been using Leek Cycle Solutions on and off for a decade or so now, even more frequently lately since we have electric bikes. Kevin and his staff are always very friendly and helpful and determined to get to the bottom of any issues we may have with our bikes as quickly as possible. Kevin is very knowledgeable, communicates well, and won’t try to sell you anything you might not want. Highly recommended.
After a friendly phone call last week I went today with the bike I needed to be repaired. I was met by a friendly gentleman who was happy to help and provided brilliant customer service. Within minutes the issue was sorted and I left Happy. Would highly recommend and use again. Thanks again GREAT COMPANY!!!
Took my daughters bike in on Saturday with a brake problem & these guys really showed how knowledgable they are, because after 0.005 seconds they had stopped what they were doing, fixed the brakes and we were back out the shop. Incredible service.
