We’ve been using Leek Cycle Solutions on and off for a decade or so now, even more frequently lately since we have electric bikes. Kevin and his staff are always very friendly and helpful and determined to get to the bottom of any issues we may have with our bikes as quickly as possible. Kevin is very knowledgeable, communicates well, and won’t try to sell you anything you might not want. Highly recommended.
After a friendly phone call last week I went today with the bike I needed to be repaired. I was met by a friendly gentleman who was happy to help and provided brilliant customer service. Within minutes the issue was sorted and I left Happy. Would highly recommend and use again. Thanks again GREAT COMPANY!!!
Took my daughters bike in on Saturday with a brake problem & these guys really showed how knowledgable they are, because after 0.005 seconds they had stopped what they were doing, fixed the brakes and we were back out the shop. Incredible service.
Very helpfull
I brought a secondhand road bike yesterday and I wanted to change the pedals and get it looked over. The two gentleman in this shop were really helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. They set my bike up for me, gave me some pointers and they have a great array of things to buy in the shop. Thank you both of you for your help today! I will definitely be back in soon!
