Fantastic no nonsense service. Got me back to doing all of the sports that I love pain free for the first time in 2 years!
I had a poorly knee which made it painful when hiking downhill . Marie diagnosed the problem and got me doing an exercise programme which I have stuck to over the last few months and it has made a massive difference . I’ve just been on a salmon fishing holiday in Spain, involving multiple days of wading through deep rivers , clambering over big rocks , climbing up and down very high and steep river banks and I’ve been fine ! Whenever I have an injury or recurrent pain, you are my first port of call. You have treated different parts of me over the years - knees, neck, shoulders, back - and your exercise plans are always do-able and highly effective. Your ability to find the cause of pain and then to explain it clearly to me is brilliant. I trust your professional judgement 100%. And your sense of humour keeps things light when I'm in pain!
Very helpful, knowledgeable, skilful, friendly and honest! The exercises I was advised to do were very helpful. I would definitely recommend them.
