We are sorry to have to write a review like this but we feel that people should be informed about our Sub-standard driveway, not fit for purpose and a company's very poor customer care service. Our driveway was initially laid by Mr Kevin Lee Jnr. and his team in June 2020 and it began to deteriorate in two different areas within the first six months of being installed (see the first 4 photos attached). Had my drive done with resin 14 months ago but after 6 months a large crack appeared and subsidence due to poor compaction. I have called them consistently since last September only to be fobbed off with the same excuse and have now given up and will take action through the civil court.Be warned this company wants your money instantly and then couldn’t care less and has no intention of for remedial repairs.BEWARE at your peril and make sure you get a guarantee.
