Unfortunately I'm unable to recommend Lee Francis Flooring due to the level of customer service we've received. We've been attempting to resolve an issue with our installation since July 2023, and are no closer to a resolution. My attempted calls are not being answered and my messages asking for updates are being completely ignored. I have tried calling multiple times, at different times of the day (all unanswered, very unusual considering pre-installation the calls were answered with no problem) and have also had multiple W... read more

What a superb carpet business The shop is based in my own village so perhaps I'm biased. Excellent service, very professional and, just as important, very polite people. Would recommend using them. Support your local small businesses - avoid the big boys. You won't be sorry.
