The most useless managing agency I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Emails go unanswered for weeks, and when they do respond, nothing actually gets resolved. External property issues? Completely ignored. A simple gutter problem directly above my shop entrance — something that should have taken days to fix — dragged on for an unbelievable 18 months, still not fixed. Unbelievably incompetent. They are the facility manager for my building (West End Gate), where many services are broken for a unacceptable amount of time (I've lived here 4 years and many of the spa facilities such as jacuzzi have been broken for about half of that). Not only that, but they are incredibly poor to deal with. They've refused to provide disclosure about the egregious WithEnergy tariffs I'm forced to pay for this development and have been intentionally obtuse.
