Wish I had read the reviews before dealing with this company as they have stolen my money too. Took £900 off me to start court proceedings. Haven't done a thing since with regard to any paperwork. Totally, totally disgusted with this guy. Thief. Lies. Do not deal with them at all

Worst company ever! Don’t trust it
I paid them to give notice which they did. I then paid them to start court proceeding and 6 months later I haven't heard anything about a possible court case. They don't answer the phone, they don't reply to any emails and they haven't refunded me my £800+ I gave them for the court fees and their representation. I have tenants who haven't paid rent for over a year and now this company has stolen my money as well and wasted my time. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY
What a waste of time and money! They harangued me to pay them to start with court proceedings, insisting that every day that was passing I was losing money, etc and once they secured the deal it took them 12 days to send me the paperwork to get it signed!!!! Once money had changed hands all sense of urgency suddenly evaporated and I had to prompt them to continue with proceedings at each turn.
