Edward Pink from this office has been an absolute pleasure to work with. With timely responses, truly trying to find properties that fit what you need and not just try to push a place they need to move onto you has been a breath of fresh air in the renting experience. On top of this, he went above and beyond her normal duties, helping us sort out the referencing issue for our new house, even though it was through a different agency. I wouldn't hesitate to work with him again in finding another flat if I needed to.
Very good so far
After further productive discussions and task completions I have been able to review my earlier review and now improve my rating. The process of evicting a tenant can be long and frustrating. The court back logs and those playing the system is putting pressure on all parties and the slow way in which information is made available to landlords adds to that frustration. In the end I have been able to regain my property using Lebern services from start to finish
