Shereen at Lebern knows how to evict a tenant. Our process has just started, but so far, I have full confidence in the team.
Leo was excellent, however it then falls apart in terms of follow ups. Had to ask for updates despite offering all the information needed. You kinda get left in the dark a fair bit. Weirdly you get updates at like 4am which makes me think some processing is done offshore. All in all it’s a service that appears quick off the mark, but for me post the initial advice it leaves you somewhat wondering what is happening.

Don’t use! They act like they’re the best around but as soon as you sign the management contract they disappear. They have not been in any direct communication since I signed the agreement. All I get is requests for reviews. Not helpful at all.
