The young lady (outpatient department desk) with the make-up like plaster on her face is an absolute waste of tax payer money,unhelpful and clueless;AI could do a better job for less. Overall Leatherhead hospital does a great job and employees like her ruins it all.
The Interface Clinic is a refreshing experience in the NHS. It is welcoming, efficient and personable. I hope the service will be available for a very long time.

I've been under an Asthma nurse Lori at Borne Hall in Ewell .. she has been incredibly supportive and helpful in every way . Following up with phone calls as well as chasing up specialist and she cares not just about my Asthma but has assisted in pursuing a satisfactory result from my GP too whe she realised I hadn't had a " normal" blood pressure reading in 12 years .. can't thank her enough
