Friendly staff, wide range of suites, unfortunately nothing for us this visit
Fabulous help from both Paul and Jeff. Extremely knowledgeable. They spent a LOT of time showing sofas I was interested in, and I bought two beauties.
My experience with these people has not been good. I put a deposit down on a SALE 3 piece suite but unfortunately my son has to have emergency surgery to save his eyesight. I contacted them to cancel and to see if I could get some or all of my deposit back as we are paying privately due to NHS waiting time. I was told that because it was a sale item and they could have sold it in the last few weeks I cannot have any form of refund. I highly recommend LSC. We recently purchased a 2 & 3 setter sofa from them and found them extremely pleasant to deal with, not pushy at all. We had a great discount, free delivery and a leather care kit thrown in for good measure. Big that’s to Paul & Jeff for a great service.
