Very long waiting very poor service
whats the point of a patient phone line if you never answer 😡it and you stand at the door for half hr before you let us in and all your doing is sitting there because we see you laughing and chatting to each other just rude Its our parents in there how would you feel if you couldnt get to know how your parents were doing because of no information
My dad came here for rehab after surgery however the physios told myself my family and my dad he would never walk again. They gave up on my dad before they tried to get my dad moving again. Since being home my dad is now standing and learning to walk massive shock after being told he’d never get off the bed again The nursing staff we’re absolutely amazing, my dads care was perfect and couldn’t fault them special mention to Neil who made my dads stay there happier with all things considered he also made us as a family feel ha... read more
