I was interested in a BMW 530e and I called Amjid immediately as it was put up for sale on Autotrader. He told me that the vehicle is in preparation and that he will notify me as soon as it's ready for sale. I waited for a long time with no message or call and later found out that the vehicle was sold. I think Amjid is a nice person, but this was unacceptable and unfair on me as I waited almost a full month for the vehicle.

Lease and Contract Cars LTD provided excellent professionalism and support. I had misplaced the V5 for the car I was planning to part exchange, and it also had a private plate. They were incredibly patient and waited while I sorted everything out. The car was exactly as described, and they were transparent about all the details. Even after the purchase, they remained accessible and helpful. 5* review and I would definitely recommend.
