On leaving the standard of cleanliness expected was high and I left it exactly as I found it and received every penny of my deposit back. My wife tried to arrange a house viewing over the phone but the experience wasn't great. She spoke with Sarah, who came across unprofessional and made her feel uncomfortable with how she spoke during the conversation.
If I could give zero stars, I would. I used to live in a property in Exeter with a close friend (Vedat) who was renting through this letting agency. Despite thoroughly cleaning the house before moving out, they deducted half of his deposit without providing a valid explanation. This is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, Sara, one of their agents, told us the landlord was moving back into the property — which is why we were forced to leave. We later found out this wasn’t true. I used to live with one of my close friends in Exeter. He was one of this letting agents' tenant. They cut half of his deposits without any rational explanation even though we cleaned every part of the house. This is not acceptable. Stay away from this agent. Sara is especially bad.
