Leafy Dell is a great place to live! I'm not sure about all these reviews saying taking money. I've worked in property management and it's just like every other place. If you pay your rent and do not have significant damages in your apartment you get your money back. Maintenance fixed anything I needed and the office staff is friendly. Pool is super awesome also!
I have renewed my lease twice and lived here for 3 years, in a one bedroom and then moved over to a two bedroom. Anything I needed repaired in the apartment was done in a timely manner with no hassle, a simple phone call and he was there. They are on top of keeping the community looking nice which was a big plus for me. Todd is excellent! Best maintenance guy I have known. Anna is great and a really nice person. My only complaint is the sound barrier through the walls and living on the bottom floor you hear every footstep. I didn't have many issues living there. Todd always fixed my stuff immediately and I love that Anna is the new manager, I think things will get better.
The staff was wonderful. Very efficient and helpful. I have lived in the same complex under old management and let me tell you what a huge difference it is. Any issues I have had have been quickly taken care of. I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking!
There doing a lot of beautification projects and maintenance is always spot on with repairs.
We like living here. Looks like the new management is getting it in order. Great maintenance man!!!
They will charge you for everything they can. I tried to return a pool pass yesterday and it was five days late. When I went to and it in its was informed that I would still be charged $50. Keep in mind that I was still returning the pass. It was not lost and they would still have there property. They told me that they had put out notices. The notices they put out are pieces of paper on your door. Not a smart idea when all of the apartment entrances are in "breezeways".
