RecommendedWe rented a 3 bedroom for a family of four. Very happy with the size of the apartment. They do a great job of setting the expectations ahead of time. If you follow the rules of the apartment complex and pay on time, you'll never have a problem with the management. We reached out three times for things to be fixed in the apartment and they responded, professionally, timely and did a great job with repairs. Pool is a great perk. Would recommend to anyone.
Lived at Leafy Dell for nearly 3 years. All the staff were very helpful and pleasant. Any maintenance that we would request was always done very quickly, and the maintenance man was always friendly. We used their Home Buyer's Advantage program through Coughlin Realty to move out before the end of our third lease agreement and into our first home. Highly recommended!
We lived there for 2 1/2 yrs. very nice. Never had any problems. Very clean Staff was amazing. Kid friendly❤️
We lived at Leafy Dell for 2 years and it was great! A safe community to raise our children, close to the school and daycare. Maintenance and Management always did their best for us. We bought our first home through the complex and it was a great experience! Management was so helpful and supportive. Highly recommend these apartments!!!
I have lived here for about 9 years now and I am very happy. Maintenance is awesome, kids have many friends, kids love the pool and neigbors all look out for each other. Quiet area with play area for the kids. Pool and grounds are well maintained. Park, library and playground are within walking distance.
I've worked with several current and past residents of Leafy Dell with regards to getting qualified for a home. I've always heard great things about Leafy Dell from them!! Sounds like a great place to live and they have a wonderful program that helps with a transition into a new home!!
Great apartments. Beautiful community. Wonderful pool, largest in Licking County ( for Apartments) , always sparkling clean. Very nice 24/7 fitness center. I would recommend to anyone!
