This place is great! Very pretty.
Horrible apartments. You can hear everything from the people upstairs if your are in the downstairs apartment. They charged me 385$ for a dog that was in my apartment for 6 hours! And still charged 500 plus dollars to replace carpets that weren’t even new according to previous management and my neighbors. They will find anyway to not give you any money back from your deposit. RecommendedLeafy Dell was a great place to live! The maintenance was prompt, apartments very clean and utilities bill low. Apartment staff were very fair and easy to work with. Wonderful place to have dogs too with lots of sidewalks and green space to walk them. If I ever moved back to Johnstown I wouldn't hesitate to rent here again!
Great apartments! Very clean and quiet. Great maintenance guy! Just renewed our lease for another year!
The office is money hungry and charge for anything that they can put a price on.
This place is very well kept and clean. Don’t see that in many apartment complex’s.
I would like to personally thank the resident manager Samantha for her quick response in helping my elderly mother this past week. We need more angels like her!!
