Lack of communication, Inaccurate deliveries and failed promises. First of all our first set of leaflets were delivered to the wrong locations, even though they had the location names on the front and the boxes were clearly labelled. Luckily James agreed to do another leaflet drop for us to amend the mistake, but we have never received the GPS routes as proof of this. Every time we ask he makes excuses and it has been over a month now since it was meant to be done. Very unhappy with this service.
LDT responded quickly and professionally when we needed an urgent solution to a twin door to door leaflet distribution campaign for Bicester and surrounding areas this Autumn. James came back with a fast quotation and detailed distribution plan so we could move forward with our marketing in what have been challenging times for all local businesses. We have been delighted with the results and hope LDT continue to go from strength to strength.
