The scheduling of the installation process was handled terribly. I was scheduled for installation on 3 different occasions and no installer showed up. I was then contacted by my contact person with an excuse of why the installer did not show after the installation window ended. This ordeal cost me money from missed work to be home for the installer. I was extremely disappointed by the experience.

I was not very impressed with the sales process. The person who came over was not as professional as would have liked. He asked my wife if I was home or if I was going to be coming home to hear presentation then asked if my wife could call me. Kept asking what our guess/perceptions may be about products/things he was saying. My wife told him at end of presentation we would need to research a bit, but he didn't quite understand because as he phrased it, he already told her. Sales person came out to take advantage of my elderly grandmother after saying she couldn't afford it about ten times. Trying to make her feel bad for not being able to afford it. I showed up and told him she wasn't going to do it and he continued trying to sell her and was very rude to me after I told him I was in sales, saying I'm a horrible person! Price was not the same a salesman quoted. He increased price of gutters and the install after we had agreed, We over paid for Gutters. Installation was prompt and Installers did a good job.
