mostly just workers not showing up when they were supposed to, I had to stay home for 3 days because of this problem

The installation of the gutters was unprofessional. The gutters leak from behind. The installers jagged up our roof with pliers or something. I made several attempts to get someone to come out and look at it. Three different appointments were made and they were all no shows or even a courtesy call. My husband got off of work early two of those days for nothing! We have never been so outdone with a company in all of our 65 years! Please give me some advice. Long story: I'll hit the high spots. Price went from 6500 ish down to 1800 ish..... That's ridiculous that you would charge someone 6500 knowing it's WAY over priced. Salesman gave me his card with 3 numbers to contact him saying I could call him....(I called and text over 6 times with concerns..).. radio silence till this day. The "installation crew" was a man that spoke NO English just Spanish and his interpreter that spoke NO Spanish just English....when unloading the materials I paid almost 2 grand for it was literally t... read more

Terrible. 3k for about 200' of gutter installed. First crew hung the gutters angled the wrong way and installed stand off clips the wrong way on another section. The upper gutter dumps into a lower one and was a foot off of the roof. Lower drain spout was just hanging there and was not even straight. I was told by the salesman that they proudly hire VETS, I was sent out 2 men and a woman of only one spoke English. I found the total cost of the installation was possibly double the price of gutters with downspouts alone. The Leaf Filter inserts work well but the cost is a bit high for what you get. I am glad I made the purchase/investment and now have my home protected.
